On my way back from Turkey, I made a stop at Basel to meet my German friend, Hartmut. Took him 6 hrs to drive from Central German to Basel, salute him for that big effort.

On the way back to German we made few stops in France-visited few places in Strasbourg-cathedral, river canal, French village, etc. The town looks green & flowers blooming. We had "Iskandar Kebab" in the Turkish restaurant & it cost RM120 for 2 persons-damn it!!

France is beautifull...buildings,towns,environment,etc. Indeed have returned here again a year later, together with my family.

small town in France

Strasbourg river cruising

Biggest cathedral in France.

with the help of GPS we manage to visit one of most beautifull French Village near the border before heading for South German.

Into German- only commercial vehicles like tucks, lorries need to pay for highways toll. Cars can go for free. What more exiting is no speed limit in most autobahn...follow your heart to determine the limit. Everyone going fast & I would say very abnormal to drive below 150km/hr here...
